As a B2B Sales Executive, you’ll be joining a team of talented creatives who collaborate daily on projects for brands of all kinds. This 100% remote role will include strategic planning, creating outreach campaigns, conducting demo calls, cultivating and following up with leads, and ultimately closing the deal. Your teammates — including project managers, visual designers, art directors, creative directors, copywriters, and more — are skilled in a multitude of creative services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Illustrate Designerds' unique value proposition to interested prospects via virtual demo calls and handle their objections.

  • Leverage your creativity and critical thinking skills to develop effective messages and touch points to convert leads into a conversation.

  • Own the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

  • Maintain an organized process to follow up with a pipeline of those who have expressed interest in Designerds' services.

  • Develop and manage high-volume prospecting to generate outbound leads through calls, emails, and other digital marketing channels.

  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing, creative, and design trends, as well as changes to Designerds' service features.

  • Conduct business diagnostics to identify specific challenges in potential clients and provide tailored solutions through our services.

  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through social networks, professional channels, phone calls, and networking.

  • Deliver compelling presentations on Designerds' services to potential clients.

  • Prepare regular internal reviews and reports with financial and sales data.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the availability of resources to meet new and ongoing client needs.

  • Attend events and engage with business communities for prospecting purposes.

  • Negotiate and close deals, addressing and resolving customer concerns.

  • Gather feedback from clients and prospects, sharing insights with internal teams.

  • Serve as an Account Manager for clients you bring to the table.

  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations.


  • Professional/advanced proficiency in English

  • Experience working in a subscription based business or creative agency industry is required.

  • Ability to present confidently, concisely, and persuasively.

  • Experience using CRM tools (ex. Apollo, Hubspot, LinkedIn).

  • Knowledge of Digital Design, Creative Space, Advertising best practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales or a similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Quickbooks proficiency is a plus.

  • Understanding of social networks, the creative and digital space. 

  • Results-oriented, proactive, disciplined, with strong leadership and communication skills.
